Ordering Information

We want your order to be perfect, that is why it is so important for us to have all the information we need when we start the project. Here is what we need from you to make your project successful:

1 You will ship to us either the original painting or an original transparency, negative ,print, or digital file. Please remember the following:

a. We recommend working directly from the original painting when possible. Our specialized digital camera will produce the best result possible.
b. When sending copy transparencies of artwork remember that we will color match to the copy transparency and if it does not look like the art your print will not look like the art either. Examine the transparency carefully.
c. Include any special instructions when the job is started, changing things later can result in additional charges. Include a name for each submission.
d. When sending a negative or file we will need a guide print so we have an idea of what you expect in terms of color.

2 We will also need the following information:

a. The size of the print(s). If you want the full image reproduced (no cropping) you should supply the long dimension only and we will let the short dimension fall so that the total image is printed.
b. The process and media you want to use. We recommend Iris Giclée for paper and Roland Giclée for canvas. We will need to know the exact paper that will be used. View are website www.huntereditons.com or contact us for samples.
c. The amount of white space (margin) desired around each print. White space is limited by the 34 x 46” size of a sheet and the size of each print. For Roland Giclées we will include 1.5” of white canvas for stretching. We need to know if you want Hunter Editions to cut or deckle tear each print, see price list.
d. The total number of prints desired.
e. You need to indicate if you want to take advantage of the 30 year Confidence Guarantee. Prints covered by the guarantee are marked on the back with a small identification symbol and number.
f. Shipping instructions. Please indicate the shipping address and daytime telephone number. We recommend FedEX for originals,
g. We will require payment in the amount of $50% of the order before starting the project and the balance before the final prints are shipped. We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

3 We will mail or fax a order confirmation to you which will summarize the details of your order and will include a pro forma invoice so that you will have a close estimate of the cost of the project. Project costs can change because of shipping or modifications by the customer. Once we receive the signed order confirmation back we will begin the project.
