“Prints Match the Proof” Limited Guarantee
Manufacturing defects, visible upon inspection, and returned within 30 days will be reprinted at no cost to the customer.

30-Year
“Fade Free” Limited Guarantee
Manufacturing defects which are not visible upon initial inspection, but become visible over a period of time, will be replaced or money for the print will be refunded.

Hunter Editions Limited Warranty
Hunter Editions warrants that its products, when displayed and/or stored in an appropriate environment as specified herein, will be free from defects in material,workmanship and significant visible fading for a period of thirty (30) years from the date Hunter Editions ships the particular item from its manufacturing facility to the customer, and will promptly replace or refund the monies actually paid, at our option, for any item exhibiting any such defects or fading subject to the following:


1 This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product only and is not transferable. The warranty applies only to products which are marked by code on the reverse side indicating that the product was manufactured by Hunter Editions and the date of shipment to customer. The warranty applies only to defects directly attributable to the processes and materials used by Hunter Editions. It does not apply to any defects or other damages or imperfections caused by any other party, including, by way of example only, the customer, shipping companies, dealers, retail customers and other entities unaffiliated with Hunter Editions. This warranty does not extent to damage caused by improper storage, packing, handling, or display as specified herein.

2 The product must be displayed and/or stored in an appropriate environment for art which is in an environment that on average is has a relative humidity of 60% or less and a maximum exposure to light of 450 lux or less. Products that have not been coated and for which Hunter Editions has not specified that the product is tested for water resistance should be protected from any exposure to moisture.

3 This warranty is contingent upon the following:
(a) If any alleged defect is visible and apparent upon the customers receipt of the product, the customer must return the defective item to Hunter Editions requesting in writing warranty consideration within thirty (30) days from the date that the customer received the items. Failure to so return the item and provide written notice of the defect to Hunter Editions within said thirty (30) day period shall void this warranty for such visible and apparent defects.
(b) If any alleged defect is not visible and apparent upon the customer’s receipt of item, but becomes visible and apparent at some later time within the thirty (30) year term of this warranty, the customer must return the defective item to Hunter Editions requesting in writing warranty consideration within thirty (30) days from the date upon which the customer reasonably should have discovered the defect. Failure to so return the item and provide written notice of the defect to Hunter Editions within the thirty (30) day period shall void this warranty.

4 Various printing processes and materials may result in certain characteristics that some customers might consider a defect while others customers might consider such characteristics simply to be attributes of the art. The purpose of the proofing process is to provide the customer with an opportunity to review a print for color and any other characteristic that it deems important before the printing proceeds. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided above, this warranty shall not apply to any characteristics that are visible in the final signed proof, approved by the customer.

5 Certain materials and processes may result in products that some customers may find objectionable. Hunter Editions will notify the customer in writing if we determine based on experience or research, that products produced using a particular material or process may exhibit characteristics that the customer may find undesirable. Once Hunter Editions has so notified the customer of such a potential problem, if the customer elects to proceed with the use of that material or process, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted that resulting problem and such a problem shall not be covered by this warranty.

6 Hunter Editions obligations under this warranty shall include only replacement of defective products or refund of monies actually paid for defective products, at Hunter Editions sole option. In no event shall Hunter Editions be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages suffered by the customer.

7 WARRANTY DISCLAIMER -The warranty set forth herein is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
